I'll call them again. We had the kitchen faucet shooting a stream of water out the side of the base when in use late last night. We called their number and a gentleman from the company answered immediately. A service call was scheduled for early this morning at our convenience. All subsequent questions and answers were handled quickly through texting. 2 plumbers arrived on time with a replacement faucet just in case.
