Such great and friendly service here. The staff really take the time to discuss things with customers, but I've never felt pressured at all. And they really have gone above and beyond for me in the past. Highly recommend!
I walked in at 6:30pm asking if they could restring my guitar for me, without any notice. By 7:00pm I was able to pick up my guitar and it sounds fantastic. Staff were lovely, and the guy who restrung my guitar played it beautifully!
I called to order something all the way from Alberta and Gavin was super helpful and friendly. Blown away by the customer service, even over the phone. I can only imagine how good the experience is at the store! Keep up the amazing work.
