Had a furnace installed 2. Ago had water heater installed last year and have had yearly service done. Steve Sprague has done the service and he’s fantastic at his quality of service and gives you all the information you’ll need to keep everything running for a long time. 5 star service all the way.
I called Friel yesterday afternoon because I didn't understand how my fireplace was throwing a lot of heat when thermostat was turned off. Evan called me and walked me through turning off the pilot light. He was dong this on his own time as work day had ended. He was so kind and helpful and I will definitely recommend the company to others.
