Wow! Today was the final day of our kitchen floor installation by Floor-trends, Belleville. We decided, with the help of the help of their knowledgeable in-store staff on a product that would be best for our kitchen area. There was a bow in are kitchen floor, that might make someone think it was structural if we tried to resell our home. (Long story, but it wasn’t structural) Trying to figure out how to level was beginning to look like an impossible task. Andrew, poor guy, had to come back 3x to keep reassessing the situation. The last time he came, we gave him the go ahead to do the best they could. He guaranteed us, he would send us his best installers. Day of installation, in walks Eric and Elizabeth, a husband and wife team. After assessing the situation, Eric said he couldn’t comfortably do the installation on the subfloor the last idiot(my words, not his) used. After reinstalling the new subfloor, Eric felt pretty confident he could even out our floor, somewhat. That is exactly what they did. It was better than I could have ever imagine. It is now level and absolutely stunning. They made, what we were told was impossible, possible! Kudos to this friendly, competent couple! Outstanding job.
