Great community: wonderful place to work out. The vibe from the people here motivate me to work harder and I can be myself. Lol. The coaches are good and most are encouraging and help you along your journey. As long as I can I will continue to be a member of F45

I joined F45 Belleville 2.5 months ago, and let me tell you it actually has changed me in so many ways! I feel generally better, I’m loosing lbs and inches, the people are THE BEST! I actually miss it when I take my rest days. I’m so grateful that someone mentioned f45 to me because I couldn’t imagine my week without it now!

If you’re looking for somewhere to workout that has a great sense of community this is the place! I have been working out at this gym since they opened, with a bit of a break to have my daughter. The coaches are great with modifications and helping out all fitness levels. The energy in the classes is unmatched by any other gym I have worked out at. I highly recommend F45!
