Alexis is very professional and highly knowledgeable, I recently changed my Massage Therapist because my old therapist was changing careers, Alexis was recommended and I’m glad she was able to take me as a client. Feel great after my massage and have booked for many in the future.

Excellent service ! First time client and will be returning! Went in, was greeted by Alexis who explained the process and made it very easy and comfortable. Office was welcoming and bright, paired with suitable Audio ????????. The therapy was exceptional, painful areas were addressed and I felt 100% better!. I found an RTM FOR LIFE!Highly recommended!!

Alexis is amazing. Friendly and professional. The massage is awesome every time...I was crushed by the temporary closure due to Covid19. Understandable for sure....but everyone should book here she's a GEM. Thank goodness for reopening!!!!

We offer Registered Massage Therapy services including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, relaxation swedish massage, myofascial work, sports injuries etc. We also work with Veterans via Veterans Affairs Canada and provide direct billing for services if preferred. A chiropractor will also be available in the near future with direct billing available as well. Please contact us if you'd like to be added to our waiting list for chiropractic appointments and services.
