The utmost excellence when it comes to customer service. They went above and beyond to repair our air conditioner during our most recent heat wave. Came to assess within 2 hours of calling them , came back the same day to install the part to get us up and running , even though they were swamped with work. 10 plus in service and custom care. Would highly recommend!

Have had Dodd's come and do a quote on replacing the AC and water heater in one house and replace the water heater and add an AC to another house. The guys were very friendly and great to deal with when they came to do the inspection for doing the quote. Brian and his team worked well in finding any issues, making recommendations, and answering any questions. When it came time to do the install, the team did a great job getting each house done over two days. They even pointed out a hidden issue where the copper water line had eroded to paper thin and explained the reason behind the erosion. The replacement was well timed as it could have months later and line could have causing major flooding. Dodd's are our go to heating and cooling contractor.
