I usually drive to Kingston/Durham to service my 2022 BMW X3, but since Kingston is an hour away and I had work, I decided to try Crews Auto for a regular checkup, oil change, and winter tire swap. I chose them because of their great Google reviews—and I’m glad I did.
I’m writing this one week after the service, and I’m very happy with the experience. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and they took the time to explain everything they did. The final bill was also very reasonable compared to the authorized dealer.
I’ll definitely be returning to Crews Auto for future services. Highly recommended!
