Can’t say enough how happy I am taking my Mercedez to Crews Auto today after receiving a botch oil job from elsewhere. They fit me in right away, cleaned up my engine from spilled oil from the other place, checked all diagnostics and topped up my oil. In addition they arranged a local cement company to help clean up my garage floor due to the excessive oil spill. Very happy with the service. Great guys. I’ll be back for all futures services !!! Such a relief to find such great qualified guys servicing European cars. Thank you so much.
This is a great shop! I have been going there since Pennzoil wrecked my oil pan and got Crews to fix it. They are honest, dependable and hardworking. Truly a great experience every time.
I’ve been taking my car to Chuck for a couple of years now. First of all, I am fairly certain that it would not be still running if it weren’t for him. Recently, my car went in for servicing and shortly following it’s returned, there was a serious malfunction. For the sake of brevity, it certainly could have been much worse but upon returning it to the garage, Chuck was adamant that it had been the result of something that had occurred during the repair but he wasn’t able to prove it. Over the next day or two, he in fact did prove it and proceeded to fix it without any additional charges. I am fairly certain that it would be a one in 1 million mechanic who would work to prove that they in fact made an error. Also, to call him a mechanic doesn’t perhaps do justice to his engineering and robotics background that undoubtedly give him a serious edge in diagnosing beyond the computer. He’s going to fix the vehicle that the computer is on able to come to a conclusion on. You are not going to find a place like this for maintaining and fixing your car.
