We recently had Carpet One carpet our basement and stairs along with vinyl on the washroom in the basement. They did an amazing job. Everything went just as scheduled. Cassandra and Tyler were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with them and we would definitely recommend Carpet One.

The staff were awesome, helped me pick out an affordable off cut to do a custom stair runner on our absurd stairs and it finished off my efforts at redoing the entryway beautifully. Installer was lovely, collaborative, on time and cleaned up everything before having me check his work. Will happily work with them again.
