Spotted a killer 'too good to be true' deal on a C-6 online, ordered right after leaving the store an hour earlier. Next day, cancelled with no heads-up or call, major gut punch.
However, the staff I normally deal with has always been great and they reached out personally afterward. Mixed experience, but I’ll still shop here.
Arden’s is the best local Music store and it isn’t even close. You can tell they care.These guys are not only friendly and knowledgeable but their guitar tech, Sean is exceptionally skilled. I brought in a custom bass with a very complicated wiring issue and he took care of it with ease. So happy and lucky to have this shop in Belleville!
I grew up with this music store. I can distinctly remember going in there as a kid messing around with the guitars, driving Arden nuts I remember Sean being in there when we were kids helping his dad after school and on weekends. Come to learn recently a Les Paul was stolen from the store. Such a shame 😑 hope the person gets caught ! This is by far one of the best music stores in the area. It's been in business for as long as I can remember and the staff has always been great. Recently purchased a Jackson DKAM from them and the guitar is awesome, plays no dif than a soloist series.
