This satellite location is so convenient for Apple users not having to drive at least an 1h30 to get to an Apple Store. I have used Altair for iMac updates, iPhone repairs and battery replacements. Robert and his team are very professional and honest. Highly recommend.

So happy to have my iPhone 16 pro back! The repair person is only in Tuesdays and Thursday I guess so it was a tough wait (only a few days but I’m in love with my phone lol) but my warranty covered the repair and I’m so happy to have it back, working and no white lines in my screen anymore. :) thank you so much!

Took in my iPad as the battery was not charging well. Expected a battery replacement. Altair ran a diagnostic and found that the battery was fine. The issue was how I was charging it with the USB wall plug instead of the “ cube” provided by Apple. It was returned to me with a “ waived diagnostic fee” . Thank you Altair
