This is literally coming from the bottom of my heart so bear with me please. I was driving down from Orillia to Peterborough in my crappy ford escape when it started giving me troubles and broke down midway on hwy 12. I was stranded and tried getting it towed through CAA but they made me wait for an hour just to tell me that there’s shortage of drivers. I looked up the contractor and Pedersens showed up, i called them up and Clayton answered. He told me there was no service call issued through CAA and that all his drivers were on route or off duty. I had an excellent experience with Pedersen’s Towing after my vehicle rolled over due to black ice on Highway 48 North. Clayton showed up almost immediately. In what was a really scary, stressful morning, he was calm, respectful, and explained everything clearly, which made a huge difference.
Clayton’s kindness and reassurance turned a really overwhelming situation into something manageable. I’m genuinely grateful for how I was treated and for how quickly he helped. Highly recommend Pedersen’s Towing ??

Called Chris at Pedersen's Towing during time of need on a weekend perch fishing trip on a Saturday. I got myself ditched in a horrible position in the parking lot and started freaking out. He was friendly and calm on the phone and told me this happens more often than I think which put me at ease. He told me it'll be about 30min, and showed up on site at Thorah's Parking lot in 20min. I thought I was stuck and cost was going to be through the roof, but he said this was an easy tow, which set my mind at ease once again. I was having issues with signal and he said this area is horrible for signal, and he trusted me enough to just send me his e transfer email... read full review
