We recently had our bathtub replaced by the Great Lakes team. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. The new tub looks great, and the entire process was much easier than expected.

Mike and I would highly recommend the services of Great Lakes to family and friends. Where our previous plumbing company was not making themselves readily available, Great Lakes accommodated us the very next day. Ryan was very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Previous issues with the same problem have been misdiagnosed by other companies in the past. Ryan was able to diagnose and correct the situation in a very timely manner. A big thank you to Ryan and Great Lakes.

Amazing service, Ella was a pleasure to talk to ok the phone and being treated like I was not a bother was a huge breath of fresh air.
They came the day of and Ryan was excellent in every way and he even taught me new things and the reason for having the issue that I did.
You guys can totally win this market by treating your customers the way you do. Keep up the good work and you've gained a new customer.
