I have visited this location about six times, and the staff always greets me immediately upon arrival & ready to assist. Even if they’re busy you will get some sort of acknowledgment. They are highly knowledgeable about locks. Yesterday, I tried saving time by visiting two closer shops to duplicate a bicycle key, but they simply turned me away. When I came here, the staff immediately and honestly explained that it wasn't possible to copy the key.
Josh came in this morning to rekey my lock. He arrived on time and has done an excellent job.
I honestly picked this place partly for the reviews but mainly for the catchy name. I came in needing a key copy for my apartment and it took them like 2 minutes tops to make a PERFECT copy. Very impressed! I've wasted wayyy too much time at Canadian Tire for keys that work only half the time anyways.
