“I have visited this location about six times, and the staff always greets me immediately upon arrival & ready to assist. Even if they’re busy you will get some sort of acknowledgment. They are highly knowledgeable about locks. Yesterday, I tried saving time by visiting two closer shops to duplicate a bicycle key, but they simply turned me away. When I came here, the staff immediately and honestly explained that it wasn't possible to copy the key.“
