The plumber showed up, checked everything out, and got straight to work without any nonsense. What impressed me, though, was how professional and respectful he was toward my tenants. I never really thought about getting a water softener until I got tired of scrubbing weird stains off my sink and dishes. My laundry was feeling rough, my skin was dry. Finally decided to do something about it and called this company. William showed up, explained everything in simple terms (no confusing tech talk), and installed it super fast. Now I don’t have to deal with annoying buildup everywhere. Wish I had done this ages ago!

I’ve dealt with my fair share of service companies, and it’s usually hit or miss. This time, it was a hit! Called about a clogged toilet, and Reard came out that same day. The guy was polite and had a good sense of humor, worked quickly, cleaned up thoroughly, and made sure everything was working perfectly. All that, and the pricing didn’t hurt my wallet. Highly recommend!

Had a bathtub downspout that required replacing. Technician arrived and quoted a price of $350 to replace . This part is available for about $25.00 at Hardware stores, so the labour costs very excessive. Had to pay the $168.37 dispatch fee. Would not recommend this company .

When our sump pump failed, we phoned Superior Plumbing and Heating and they sent a plumber (Ray) to our house that same day. After removing the old pump, Ray quickly and efficiently installed a new sump pump and we can now rest easy knowing that we are prepared for any intense rain in future. We had been very lucky that we had not had heavy downpours while our pump was out of commission. Ray was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and had respect for our home while he completed his work. We are extremely happy with Superior Plumbing and will definitely be calling on them in future for any of our plumbing needs.

Contacted Superior to fix a leaking pipe in my basement, I was told plumber would arrive between 1 and 5pm the same day, I took the afternoon off to ensure I was at home, only for plumber to show up at 6:15pm. Plumber was younger and seemed overwhelmed by the job, I paid $149 to receive a quote for $2500+ to fix the pipe. I called another plumber and job is being completed for $700. There call center called me last night and I advised them there quote was out of line, I was told the supervisor would call me, still have not received the call. After research I found the necessary parts could be purchased for $150, there quote does not break down labouor or parts but the job will take 2-3 hours. Stay away from this company!!!

My water meter started to leak. I was upfront about this on the initial call since I didn't know any better.A tech was sent out, but this is a City of Barrie domain it turned out. I was charged the fee for the tech to come out.
I complained and issued a refund since I should have been told to call the city first.
The company made it right and I appreciate that .
I would use them again if needed. Signs of a good company, no questions asked on the refund .

Keep getting harassment from them. Asked for an estimate for a repair and was quoted over 2k and had someone else do the job for 300. Stop harassing. Your services were not wanted. Keep harassing, we will see you in court.

Ian and Adam dealt with me for a few days on my plumbing issues above and beyond was happy to have requested them to come and actually do the work. Very courteous men very helpful job well done and they cleaned up after themselves, and my dogs even learned to like them by the time they left. Future reference they will be the ones I asked for any other issues arise thanks again
