When our sump pump failed, we phoned Superior Plumbing and Heating and they sent a plumber (Ray) to our house that same day. After removing the old pump, Ray quickly and efficiently installed a new sump pump and we can now rest easy knowing that we are prepared for any intense rain in future. We had been very lucky that we had not had heavy downpours while our pump was out of commission. Ray was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and had respect for our home while he completed his work. We are extremely happy with Superior Plumbing and will definitely be calling on them in future for any of our plumbing needs.

My water meter started to leak. I was upfront about this on the initial call since I didn't know any better.A tech was sent out, but this is a City of Barrie domain it turned out. I was charged the fee for the tech to come out.
I complained and issued a refund since I should have been told to call the city first.
