This pharmacy goes above and beyond exceptional customer service. I was in a panic as my HRT patch was on a Canadian wide backorder by the manufacturer, which I'd been monitoring. The resolve date was August 19th, yet my regular pharmacy now showed a backorder date of November! I called another 11 pharmacies and no one had any stock in Barrie and also showed no date of availability! After reaching Fady, an amazing Pharmacist at Mapleview pharmacy, in the late afternoon, not only did he have the stock brought in for the next morning, but also took care of all the transferring of benefits etc and called me the next morning, himself, to confirm he got them in! Since switching pharmacy from Shoppers Drug Mart to Mapleview Pharmacy i have never regretted.
The entire staff has been amazing and have gone beyond to accomadate us and our needs.
Always pleasant in person or on the phone. Their delivery service is top notch esp the delivery guy who is always nice and very courteous.
Give this pharmacy a try you will not regret it.

I, too, have never heard of a compounding pharmacy until I was told I needed one. My child needed an antibiotic fast as she was hurting. They were so helpful and turned what could have been a two-day wait into a couple hours! The staff were so friendly and helpful, too. This is the epitome of a family neighbourhood drug store.
