I called LA Fitness because my son who drove in severely bad weather and didn’t check in with me. As a concerned mother I was beside myself worrying. I called and a wonderful, attentive employee named Emma answered the call. I admitted I was beyond concerned and apologized for asking her to check if he was there. She walked the gym and found him, told him to call me and he did! A lot of employees wouldn’t be bothered to care or bother to go above and beyond as Emma did. I also talked to her manager Lock ( not sure the spelling) and he was lovely and happy knowing his employee was so diligent and empathetic. LA Fitness is the spot for a solid workout! Their gym is stacked with all the gear you need to keep in shape. Jason was a huge help when I signed up, making the whole process a breeze. I'd say give LA Fitness a shot and get Jason's guidance for a top-notch experience, and Deals!

Came into LA Fitness on a guest pass today, and was very impressed with the staff and service I received. The gym was extremely clean with plenty of weights and machines available. Jason helped show me the facility and all the option for classes, pool, and training.
