I would like to extend a shoutout to Elmer& Nico (father & son) from the Barrie store for their complete coaching of how to use our new hot tub yesterday, that was installed over 2 weeks ago. Truthfully, I think it would be a great idea that they come up as soon as possible once the tub is up and running. Thanks again Elmer & Nico for all your help.

I had my pool closed by International Pools today and they did a stellar Job! Marco set up the date of closing and Nick came and walked me through the process. I could not be happier and I look forward to utilizing their services again in the future. Amazing job overall!

We had an amazing experience with International Pool & Spa Barrie from start to finish. Vince was incredible — he was organized, communicative, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He kept in touch every day, checked in on progress, and made sure we were happy with how things were going.
Vince made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. It’s rare to find someone so hands-on and dedicated to their clients. Our new pool turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend working with Vince and his team — you’ll be in great hands!
