I recently had Elmer completely renovate my 30 year old spa with new equipment. He did an amazing job and would not leave until everything was running as expected. I can now enjoy again my spa as I did over the last 25 years. Thank you Elmer. You are the best.

It is so refreshing when a company turns a frustrating situation into a massive customer service win! A next-day leak on a brand-new hot tub is definitely disappointing, but Vince and Elmer absolutely nailed the response time.Going from a phone call to having a technician dispatched in 20 minutes for same-day service is incredibly rare and shows how much that team values their customers. Elmer also went above and beyond with an entire tutorial on how to operate our hot tub. Great work folks!
