Our family needed some emergency home care for a loved one who became ill and could not live alone. I contacted Home Care Assistance and spoke to their representative, Siera, who was extremely helpful and seamlessly arranged for a one week, live-in caregiver to take this assignment. The caregiver, Paula, was extremely helpful, kind and provided complete care for our loved one. Paula went above and beyond her required duties and worked with the food supplies that were left for in a very efficient manner.
