John P and his crew sent out were great. We had a water main line break and we have a weird house where the bottom of the basement is 5ft taller than ground level. We called 6 different companies to try and help us and either no one had the time or anyone who showed up looked at the scope of work and would say out loud “oh no this isn’t good”. John and Brandan (sorry if I mistake the name) came out, took a look, realized this was going to involve a heavy scope ,(digging down 9ft indoors under concrete by hand, through a garage, etc) and didn’t sweat over it at all. Very polite and respected the house and very knowledgable. They were able to come to fix my outside taps very fast. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He gave me 3 options and the reasons why we should go with each I picked the one I wanted to use and he gave me the cost of it. Work was done very quickly and now my taps are working. I’m extremely happy with the work that was done and they cleaned up after it was done Thank you for your help Linda Riddle

John P was great! Very knowledgeable, willing to help, and personable. Everyone who’s come to take a look at the job was freaked out and didn’t want to do the work. They did not emit fear which was nice, and continued with confidence. I feel comfortable having them to do the work.
