I received an e-mail with a coupon for $20 off an oil-change. Having forgotten I needed one I went in for it. When I got there I asked about the coupon and they said they would deal with it at check-out time. Even though it came from registering at that store and the address of that store was listed twice in the e-mail they said they wouldn't honor the coupon and the largest discount they give is $15. I asked about my coolant levels as my Ford is part of a recall and slowly leaks coolant (free fluid top ups are part of the alleged package). They said they forgot the levels and when he looked he said it was below minimum but that they had run out of fluid and couldn't top it up. But, they were going to let me drive away without telling me this and they started the work without telling me they were out. This is the 3rd vehicle I've taken there, been a long time customer. I think I am done. The lack of care and unwillingness to honor their own offers, they just don't care about their customers enough to keep them.

Awesome place to get your oil changed. Fair price. The staff was incredibly professional and polite, felt like I was at the Four Seasons. It was my first time at this place and was blown away that I was out in less than 10 minutes. They even spent an extra few minutes to fix the hinge on my hood that hasn't closed properly for a few months. Never going anywhere else.

Have been getting my oil changed here off and on for years, but today I came in for a rear differential fluid service for my Honda and I didn’t catch the persons name but he informed me that Hondas require a specific brand that they don’t carry and I should go to dealership instead because he did not want to rip me off and ruin my vehicle with cheaper product He very well could have done the service, taken my money and in turn ruined my car with a cheaper oil but instead gave me the right advice to protect my vehicle from rather costly repairs Very rare to find a place that will turn down money for the right reasons

Great guys. Good service but I feel I over paid. Got charged $19 extra for oil filter that cost 9bux. Not returning. $181.87 for an oil change is too much.

I've been coming gbhere for years and love the employees but today I experienced the nightmare of a manager they have called Greg who aggressively yells at his employees over very small things this is the second time I experience this individuals was kinda scary tone used i can see why they fly through employees will be mentioning to head office

I have a 2025 Nissan Rogue (bought just a year ago). We went there for a simple oil change since Nissan appointments were full until December. After their service, the car wouldn’t even start!
When we asked what happened, Greg, the guy working there, raised his voice at us three times — I started filming after that. Absolutely unacceptable experience.
