Simon was great to deal with from the very beginning, putting together detailed, fair quotes and answering all our questions with patience. Sue kept us informed every step of the way with clear, honest communication. And Slavik, who installed our flooring, is a true craftsman. We've purchased flooring from Grand Floors on 2 occassions. Grand floors is a family run business that cares about its customers.
When we ran into some issues with engineered hardwood we purchased, they worked with us to figure out a solution and help resolve the issue. We would definitely consider Grand Floors for future flooring needs.
