Greg was fantastic to work with throughout the process of choosing our hardwood floors. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed, even after multiple visits. We had the best experience with Greg. We had previously bought flooring from Home Depot and had bought extra in anticipation of continuing it into our kitchen.. Unfortunately we had to put it on hold by two years and we also expanded our kitchen. When we went back to Home Depot we bought the same number that was on the previous flooring but upon opening it at home the color was completely different. We took it back to Home Depot in Barrie and tried to explain to the lady there our dilemma and she basically made us feel like idiots because we didn't know the color code could change so drastically.
