Wonderful service! Lea was very accommodating when another cleaning service was unavailable last minute and she took care of us. Sarah the cleaning technician was great! She is prompt, friendly, very thorough and went above and beyond so we’re very grateful as the house looks awesome for sale! We definitely recommend eh maids and will use them again.

Right before Christmas I hired eh maids to do a deep clean on my small townhouse. First glance it was clean, but upon further inspection there were things not completed. My shelves and pictures were not dusted as I was promised, the garbages were not changed, there was still clutter, they left dirty rags hanging in two of my bathrooms which were not mine, they used very strong smelling chemicals that left the home smelling like bleach unfortunately and took pictures of under my couch without consent and called me during the cleaning to complain that they had to clean under the couch. I have three kids one with special needs and I was prayed on when I was vulnerable. The clean cost me over $500, and we had to leave for nearly 8 hours. I'm still confused how it took that long when a lot of stuff wasn't complete and I'm really saddened that I was well over charged and pressured to tip. I was also told the maid would do a walk through after. She did not. She stayed outside in her car and actually left before I completed the walk through which is not okay because I needed her to come back and finish. They also took the $500 from my account two days before the clean and I'm now learning with other companies that they do NOT ask for account details or take money ahead of the job. I'm also learning that $500 is WAY too much for one cleaner to clean my little townhouse.. i feel deeply taken advantage of as they refuse any sort of refund. They say if the job is not done that they will fix anything you need during the walk through at the end but Like I said before they left while I was looking. Please be careful when hiring a maid service and remember to not allow pictures of your precious home to be taken without your consent. I've found a really lovely company now that would never ever do this to me. Really Un happy..Service: Deep clean

I called to ask for cleaning service and the person that answered the phone argued with m fo 10 minutes about accepting cash as payment. I asked to pay for my service using cash and I was told cash cannot be accepted and reason was cleaners are there to clean that's it. Lol I think that's ridiculous how can u trust your employees in someone's home an be around someone's valuables but u don't trusbyour workers using cash. It is part of a cleaners job to accept payment period. I have never heard a company not accepting cash. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and unprofessional and I think she was Air head and I shouldn't have to argue with someone about accepting cash as form of payment wow what a piece of work
