I joined CrossFit Insight 6 weeks ago and I am impressed with the coaching and the atmosphere the most. I am not someone who likes the gym and my wife helped me find this place for its community and the results it provides. Entering the gym feels like entering Cheers, where everyone knows your name. I highly recommend CrossFit Insight.

I give CrossFit Insight 5 stars! The people are great, the exercises are challenging and the coaching is top notch. Exercises can be modified so everyone can participate and the atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. See you there!
