They are fast and fair priced
Cathy, Nick and everyone at Craft Auto were fantastic. It can be intimidating finding a garage as a woman but Cathy really reassured me that I would be well taken care of and not taken advantage of. Boy was she right. The service I received was great, as are the prices. I feel the staff really go the extra mile. I have a plan and pricing for repairs that need to be done when I'm ready. I was pleasantly surprised they did not try to upsell me or pressure me into any unnecessary work. I will absolutely be going here moving forward with my car and highly recommend this for any other woman, senior or person who is hesitant about visiting garages otherwise.
