Active Green + Ross Tire & Automotive Centre is a popular choice for car maintenance and repair. Customers praise the friendly and helpful service they receive. Many appreciate the detailed reports on their car's health that are provided free of charge. The team at the Anne Street location is particularly commended for going above and beyond to help customers, even in unexpected situations. They are known for their responsiveness, efficiency, and commitment to finding solutions that work for the customer. Customers have received excellent service and reasonable prices. They have been able to wait for their vehicle instead of making a return appointment. They are always eager to answer questions. The service was fabulous. The young lady on the service desk was amazing. She asked all the right questions. Steve took the car in within 5 min and put it on the lift. In another 5 min he had the answer and the solution. This was exceptional service. The appointment was for an oil and lube and to have a look at the brakes. They were advised they needed new rear brake pads and the car was done in two hours. Service was quick and Carrie and the technician were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Honest, relabale and great work Everytime. I would suggest anyone looking for a mechanic to go to active green and ross.
From the moment you call with your inquiry, to the picking up the car, communication is easy and the work is always done right.
Trustworthy auto shops are hard to come by, don't hesitate
I had a great experience here. The team was honest, professional, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. The work was done on time and at a fair price, which is rare these days. It’s a huge relief to find a mechanic you can actually trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends.
I usually take my Nissan Rogue to Active Green & Ross on Anne Street for seasonal tire swaps, but I've recently started taking it there for other vehicle issues. They always treat me with care and greet me by name, it is such a nice touch. I highly recommend them for your car's service needs.
