Always the best experience! The staff are so warm and welcoming and their sugar in technique is unmatched, minimal discomfort and great conversation every single time. If you haven’t tried them yet I HIGHLY recommend doing it!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience here at BVI. As soon as you walk through the door you are met with the friendliest, kindest staff! Everyone is smiling and you feel so welcomed! They all go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable every step of the way. They also take the time to get to know you, what works for you and how your skin will react. I really appreciate how they took the time to customise each service to meet my individual skin needs! I know I have very sensitive skin so they made sure to keep that in mind!
