This isn't specific to this store but Best Buy in general. My wife ordered a Apple Watch Series 11 and when we received the package someone during shipping had cut the tape pulled out one side of the cardboard box, stole the Apple watch and band and put the box back together. We put in a claim with the shipper FedEx but they denied it, so basically we are out $621 after tax; very disappointed. Won't be ordering any thing else online from Best Buy if this is what we can expect. UPDATE: Best Buy reached out and after a couple weeks of investigation they refunded the price of the Apple Watch. I would like to leave a great review for Tesa at Best Buy. She helped me purchase a phone with an excellent deal and provided outstanding customer service. I also had an issue with Fido, and she worked very hard to resolve it. Tesa is very professional, knowledgeable, and truly knows how to do her job. I highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase anything at Best Buy.

We had another outstanding experience with Mack at Best Buy. We recently added an additional phone line and purchased two new phones, and once again, we were blown away by his professionalism, patience, and knowledge. Mack takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers every question, and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free.
He is truly one of a kind, and we won’t deal with anyone else for our phone needs. He absolutely deserves recognition and a shout-out for the exceptional service he provides—Best Buy is incredibly lucky to have him, and he deserves a raise!
