Great service! Upon recommendation, we had my sons car towed to AllPro Professional Auto Service late Friday evening when it wouldn't start and Ken called me first thing in the morning on Monday to get the story. Within hours he called us back with a diganosis and had it fixed. I really apprecited the prompt communication, professionalism, friendliness. We have added them to our contact info just in case we need them again! Thank you so much for making this as easy as it could have been.
Thank goodness I found AllPro about 4 years ago after moving to Barrie. They.have always provided excellent service.
From the booking phone call (Ken and Ryan) to the dropoff, to the fix including advice, to pickup.
This past week they fixed my summer driver and gave me great advice on my winter suv.
At a price I feel was reasonable
Well, I've been going to AllPro for a few years now. Today reminded me why. I described an issue I had with my truck. Ken gave me a quote, which was consistent with what I'd seen on forums. He got my truck and, like a good & honest mechanic, realized it wasn't as bad as we thought and charged me far less than expected to fix it. When was the last time that happened to you at a mechanic's? This is the guy you want to trust your cars to.
