This was my first visit to Barrie tire and auto, and what a fantastic experience! Dan was more than helpful, explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was going on; was a pleasure today, thank you! Will be back for future service and would recommend.
First, Tom saved me from a $500–1,000 headache by doing a Pre-Purchase Inspection before I bought a used car.
After purchasing it, I brought it in for comprehensive maintenance (brakes, oil change, etc.). He charged a very reasonable price and told me that some of the services I requested weren't even necessary yet.
Finally, they went above and beyond to fix an issue with my infotainment system, even though it was outside their usual scope.
Very honest and friendly staff who truly enjoy helping people. I can't recommend them enough!
Amazing experience with Tom and Dan. Both myself and my parents needed brake work done. They noticed an issue with my tires and I got a new set at a fair price. My parents needed additional calipers and were shown what the issue was. Appreciate the honesty and value for service. Will be back!
