Air Solutions were wonderful to work with. Michael came out assessed issue on furnace and water heater. Because we needed furnace and water to be removed prior to installation of new ones, they worked within our time frame with no issues. Devon and Nick arrived when they said, made sure drop cloths were down. Very easy to deal with and explained everything. Would highly recommend
Best number for any landlord to have in their contact list. Luke and his staff have been responsive and honest, going over and above during emergencies and new product installations over the past 20ish years. Highly recommend for home or your rental portfolio.
I use these guys religiously for all my properties. They do great work, priced fair, efficient with their time and are always real with me. If they think I can go another season they will say so as opposed to replacing things before they really need to be replaced. I trust that if something needs to be replaced they have a large enough team to get it done in a timely fashion.
They have bailed me out on a holiday more than once.
