Last week, Dec. 11, my mother's water heater died. Affordable Comfort was my first call. AC's Matt Carrscadden, who we knew from a furnace purchase in the Spring, came by the next day. Matt was very thorough and helpful. He explained everything we needed to know in a way that was clear and easy to understand. It wasn't the hard sell, for which I was very grateful. I'm also really grateful for the service he and all the crew at AC provide. Matt's card will remain on the fridge.
Matt came out to our place to inspect out equipment, his knowledge and experience gave us everything we needed to sign with them to replace what’s needed. The following morning, his crew of two awesome professionals came to our home and installed the equipment. The crew were absolutely awesome. Super clean, easy to talk to and we are so happy with their work.
Kip was here this afternoon to do an inspection on the furnace and ac. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered the questions I had and provided information about tankless water heaters and water softeners which I will be following up on. Well done Kip!
