Based on their outstanding Google reviews, I gave them a try and was not disappointed. Jay was fantastic to work with: friendly, professional, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He clearly explained the work being done and was very accommodating while we waited at the shop during the replacement of the rear rotors and brake pads. After a handful of issues with local mechanics we came across Jason & his team at Green’s Automotive.
They were a pleasure to work with. Fast, friendly & good service. Moving forward we won’t hesitate getting our personal & business vehicles serviced here.

After a nice stay at nearby Silent Lake Provincial Park, my family and I decided to stop in to Bancroft for a meal before our 4 hour drive home to Niagara. Unfortunately our plan was delayed due to a brake issue we had and after calling around to various garages we were told of Green's Automotive. Jason said that he would fix our truck and have us on the road for the following day. Jason texted me the following morning at 7:45 to tell us that he came in early to complete the repairs and that he would pick us up and take us to his garage to get the truck. We were in disbelief that he,on his time, would have the repair completed 5 hours ahead of schedule,... read full review
