I can’t recommend Azilda Family Foot Care enough! My son has been seeing Karrina for the past few months, and from our very first visit, we felt completely at ease. Karrina is so patient and thoughtful—she takes the time to explain each procedure and movement to my son before she performs them, helping him feel calm and prepared. She even lets him see the tools and hear the sounds beforehand, which helps alleviate any anxiety.
What I truly appreciate is that, instead of treating the need to explain each step as an inconvenience, Karrina treats it as an opportunity to engage him in the process and make it an educational moment. She ensures that my son feels safe, involved, and cared for throughout the entire procedure.
