“Amazing service!! I have been getting my car serviced by them for roughly 3 years and I could not be happier with the mechanics and front desk admin team. Everyone is super knowledgeable (and if that person doesn't know for sure themselves they will ask someone who does) and friendly. I have had a variety of services done on my Nissan SUV, from regular oil change maintenance to new tires/switching between seasonal tires and rotor replacements. Last year, I took my car to get my brakes replaced elsewhere. After being replaced, my car was shaking when the brakes were applied. I decided that I would feel more at ease taking it to Gervais instead of the original place I went to. The mechanics told me that the brake that had been installed on my car by the previous mechanics was not the right one. They went ahead and replaced it for me right away! My latest POSITIVE experience. Last night I noticed a nail wedged into the groove of my back right tire. I did not feel comfortable driving on a flat tire to their garage so I arranged privately for a tow truck to drop my car off at their garage (at 10 am). I called Gervais expecting they would not be able to look at my car till sometime next week but the lady I spoke to on my phone said they would be able to look at it early this afternoon (at 2 pm). By 12:30 pm they were calling saying my tire was patched up and my car was ready to be picked up! Overall, I will continue recommending this garage to people!
