I have been a patient of Dr. Shen for over five years, dating back to when he had his office at 4040 Finch Ave E in the Scarborough North Medical Arts Building. Knowing that he has his main office in Aurora has been a blessing, especially since we frequent Aurora often.

Dr. Shen is truly a standout professional in his field. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to thoroughly examine your eyes and perform any necessary additional tests. Vision centre Aurora the optometrist called NILOU , she is doing her job fantastic, professionally, excellent customer service and care ! I wish all people would be able work and care like her about people.She is not only kind and very professional but also great taste to tell customer what’s best for them .she take her time patiently to explain and also trained me about my concerns.I will go back to her and offer her to everyone who wants best for vision health .thanks to NILOU to do her best .Good luck To her.
