We were so impressed with the communication and service from Principal Roofing. Sara is a true professional. I called Principal because I was told I needed my eavestrough replaced. The Principal team inspected the damage and told me a replacement was not necessary. Sara gave me a much less expensive quote to repair the damage. I was grateful for Sara's honesty and integrity. I will definitely use them in the future.

This! THIS is how a company should run itself. We could not be more happy with the whole process from start to finish. The communication was great, the guys that worked on the house were awesome and very nice too. I would not hesitate to recommend Principal Roofing, it's just a shame that most companies don't provide anywhere near the level of service that Principal Roofing provides.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Principal Roofing & Exterior Contractors on a comprehensive renovation project for our 1920s house. From the moment we engaged with them, it was clear that we had made the right choice. I'd like to extend my highest recommendation and appreciation to Sara, Clay, Robert, Mike, Steve, and the entire team for their outstanding work.The scope of our project included replacing old stucco with siding on three exterior walls, addressing our roof with new plywood, additional attic insulation, vents, and shingles, and setting up a new eavestrough system while replacing all the aluminum around the exterior.
