I had my roof replaced by Arcamm back in 2016. I had dealt with Ray at the time, and although he sounded very helpful and professional on the phone, I was not impressed with the crew or their work when they did the job. I caught more than one mistake they made while the work was underway, and had to press them to do it right. They even omitted to install a vent I had paid for in the work order! (which I only noticed last year). Afterwards, Ray would not provide me with a proper contract or warranty, no matter how hard I pressed him for one, only an invoice with a bogus claim to a 50 year non-prorated guarantee. I dealt with Ray. Nice guy, but he is too busy and sometimes he is not able to handle things properly. He definitely needs an assistant. Be very specific and crystal clear on financials, not because he cheats, because he is too busy and may not remember all verbal discussions.Job was done in a timely manner. They also did an awesome job on cleaning the mess and the nails.

When we bought our house in Aurora, we could not imagine the good looking roof had lots of problems including ventilation and burned cracked shingles. In late fall, water streamed inside of second floor after a heavy shower. Heat balance was another problem which we faced. I browsed internet and looked for high rated roof companies. I picked Arcamm and called for the inspection and repair. Ray came over and inspected the roof. He highly suggested us to redo at least the half side of the roof.
