Our Condo Corp hired JCO + Associates to complete a 2 - 20 floor story bldgs., 2 lobbies and 2 mailrooms along with 2 Parking levels. They had amazing sub-Trades, the JCO Project Manager was on target and anytime there was a change in scheduling, we were provided with an update. One (1) Board member and the PM were points of contact to make sure that everyone understood the process. Our corridors were completed within the prescribed timelines along and our parking levels were completed almost 6 months in advance on JCO's recommendation that we address them in the summer months rather than in the winter months. Our condo building hired JCO and Associates to do the construction work renovating our lobby. Jose (who I believe is the owner) did a slick sales pitch centered around how he'd be the best firm due to his extensive experience with condominium common areas. Service was all downhill from there. His team was consistently behind schedule (project is 2.5 months behind and counting), they'd send weekly "progress reports" detailing upcoming activity that would never be done. There was never an explanation for delays. For the price their quality is extremely sub-standard with finishes undone, materials cheaply installed and consistent streams of broken promises... read full review
