I recently had the pleasure of getting 24” weft extensions done by Chelsea for the very first time (I’d never even worn clip-ins before!). I couldn't be happier. Chelsea is patient, kind and fair. She takes as much time as needed to understand her client’s goals and offers professional advice that enhanced my final look beyond expectations. She was also gracious enough to answer the many questions I had online both before and after my in-person consultation, be flexible in scheduling by holding an appointment time for me as a new client so I could be sure to see her before a special event, and coordinate a last-minute hair exchange after I realized I wanted to go longer!
The quality of Chelsea’s work is incredible—my hair blends seamlessly with the extensions so that they are virtually undetectable. I’ve already received so many compliments, and everyone thinks I just grew it out naturally! Installation and maintenance is always smooth, comfortable and most of all FUN because Chelsea is so warm and personable, I feel like I’m talking with an old friend whenever I sit in her chair.
