Love this place! Body Beautiful Day Spa + Salon in Aurora has such a cute, welcoming space and the staff are super friendly. I first stopped by during their fall open house and got a shellac manicure that looked amazing and lasted for weeks. Can't wait for my next appointment. Definitely recommend checking them out! ☺️

I bought a $400 gift card for my wife in December 2023, thinking it would be a nice way for her to treat herself in 2024, especially since she had a major surgery coming up. Unfortunately, her recovery was tougher than expected, so she didn’t get around to using it until February this year. When she finally tried to use the gift card, we found out that the new owners of the spa wouldn’t honour the amount. My wife was heartbroken, and honestly, I was furious. It wasn’t even about the money—it was about how she was treated. After everything she’s been through, this was just another blow she didn’t need. I can’t recommend this spa to anyone. The lack of compassion and customer care is just unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually values their customers.

Best eyebrow threading in Aurora and Newmarket! I have tried so many spas/salons and this spot has the kindest and most professional staff as well as the highest quality services.

Susie did my threading and she showed amazing attention to detail and made my brows even. I was amazed how her tweezing and threading methods caused me to feel very little discomfort/pain.

I had to reschedule my appointment last-minute and they were very kind about finding a new time slot for me. My new go-to spot for eyebrow threading.

My oldest daughter got me a gift certificate for Body Beautiful for Christmas. It was a little tricky finding the exact location in the plaza but once I arrived, I found the atmosphere to be quite cozy and welcoming, as well as exclusive.
I went for highlights and a cut with Sabrina who is an absolute pleasure to chat with, not to mention the amazing results of her work!
A little confusion on the services provided, mainly due to Sabrina and I chatting up a storm which isn’t a bad thing! But I was immensely impressed with the owner’s willingness to go above and beyond in not only looking into the confusion, but the commitment to making things right and making sure I was satisfied as a customer. As a past customer service trainer, this is huge. Not many business will truly acknowledge wrongdoing, confusion, etc., and very rarely will they go the extra mile in making sure a customer leaves truly satisfied with the resolution.

My daughter and I had our manicure and pedicure done by Marci and Susie. We couldn't have been happier with the result! Marci and Susie did a wonderful job and were very pleasant and professional. The place itself is clean and cosy. We will certainly be back and will recommend Body Beautiful Day Spa to our friends and family.
