I had a great experience today at the Best Buy in Aurora. Mahsa was incredibly helpful and patient. I had trouble setting up my account and financing, but she guided me step by step and made everything easy. She was amazing and I’m very grateful for her help. Highly recommend ?

On Thursday October 23 I visited the Best Buy store to get an item for my phone. I was somewhat overwhelmed with the concerns of my phone and thought I had an easy fix. I was assisted by a customer service rep named Raymond. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable. Definitely a great example of excellent customer service
