BenX was absolutely amazing. We called in the middle of the night after finding a bat in our house, and he was there within minutes. He was incredibly kind, professional, and treated us like family during a very stressful situation.
Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain how the bat likely got in and shared helpful tips for keeping our very old home pest-free in the future. His calm reassurance, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference.

I was so relieved when Ben told me that no animal got into my attic yet. When my neighbour told me that some singles on my roof were gone, I was really overwhelmed with the possible consequences. When I reached out to Ben, he assured me he would check upon it within an hour. Ben helped me fixed the several entering attempts the wild animals left on my roof. BENEX (Ben) Pest Control performed a very professional and determined removal of a raccoon mother and 4 babies located in an attic space.
