First time requiring this type of service and randomly reached out to two companies. First company quoted twice what Ben would eventually charge, and told me that I was responsible for finding a third party to lift my composite deck boards. Ben was able to access the animal without lifting any boards. He was also very transparent ahead of time about the potential added cost in the event that lifting some boards was required, but he had a contact if necessary. Friendly, prompt, transparent, fair price, I couldn't recommend more.
Ben has helped rid us of many different pest problems over the past few years. Since we have been on a yearly contract we have had no more mice issues inside of our house and are happy to see Ben for our monthly service. He updates us on any signs of mice and has rid us of what was once, a nasty nuisance. Ben will always come to my rescue quickly, to help rid our yard of racoon, possum, hornet, mosquito, tick and fly problems. Our latest “spray”service by Ben this weekend kept our guests and food, free of insects at our outdoor yard party.
