As someone who has a phobia about having their eyes examined, this practice helped allay those fears. The appointment was thorough, professional and informative. Everything was explained and every test gone over before executed. The staff there are also friendly and understanding. I wouldn't go elsewhere in the future.
Had a wonderful client service experience with Michelle and Taylor regarding exchange of a newly ordered Maui Jim prescription frame ! Excellent! Very patient and helpful. They called Maui Jim, ordered new frame and helped out with selection!
