I have been doing Gentle Yoga with Carlee for a few months now. For so many reasons, I always look forward to these sessions. Carlee is kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and has a way of making everyone she interacts with feel special. Her sessions are amazing; meditation, aromatherapy, soft music, tea and of course, yoga poses that are challenging but are modifiable based on each individual’s strengths. Under her direction I am becoming stronger and more confident in my ability to practise gentle yoga. I would definitely recommend Carlee to anyone who is thinking about trying yoga! You won’t be disappointed.

She pays attention to your facial expressions and physical struggles and provides alternate positions based on your needs, while always making you feel adequate. Carlee at Happy Tree Yoga provides a profound yoga experience that deeply nourishes mind, body and soul. Each week is a different sequence that is complimented with a meditation and sound bath during savasana. The experience starts from the moment you walk up to her front door. This is by far the best yoga class I have ever been to.
