“I had this company quote me on 100 ft long vinyl fence, gate and 40 ft. wooden fence for the rear of the yard, all maximum legal height.The price was reasonable and the owner was able to answer all of my technical questions.The job was done in spring of 2023 and was very rainy at the time. The crew was able to work through the pouring rain to remove the rotting fence and drill new post holes. The backyard has communication infrastructure and they took care of getting infrastructure locates for me.Overall, I am happy with the quality of work for the completed project. There were a couple chips on the metal gate post, and the owner came out to do a touch-up, no problem.“

“I hired MDS to replace some retaining walls. I was initially told by another company that the job was "impossible" given the terrain. I'm glad I called Michael instead of giving up. He presented a plan that was within my budget. More so, Michael does exactly what he says. If he says he will be there on X day at Y time, that's when he will be there. He was very reliable and communicative. The job turned out great, we are very happy with it. I have additional landscaping projects planned, and I will definitely hire MDS if they are available.“
